Beyonce's done what she needed to do with 4, so I'm good for the next five years if she decides to go away for a bit.
Now as for my newer faves, I'd like to see Florence not only become one of the most respected names in music, but I'd also like her to bridge the gap between pop and alternative. Commercial success isn't the most important thing for an artist in the long-run, but artists like her having such success could mean more variety for pop music as a whole. Same with Janelle Monae.
I'd like for Gaga's next album to actually be great, not overhyped fluff. And it'd also be nice if she learns how to promote herself without overexposure.
I'd like for Adele to prove to the naysayers that her success isn't a fluke. Another great album like 21 without sounding exactly like it.
Another person that I want to shut the naysayers up is Christina Aguilera. A great album like Stripped that will make people cease with the flop jokes.
Oh, and two more albums from Regina Spektor.
EDIT: ONE MORE ALBUM AND TOUR FROM DAVID BOWIE!!! I also want to see Kate Bush tour just once more!

I think Adele will try to go with a new sound. i'm sure it will be different.
I want Rihanna to release an album in which she has more input: writing, production, direction. I want Rated R meets Loud... the best of both worlds.
I want more movies.
Honestly, I just want more music, Rihanna to keep evolving, and try to move from being an icon into the step of possibly becoming a legend. It may never happen, but I want her to at least try to take it to new heights. I feel like her career is just beginning and the sky's the limit for her.
Oh and I want her to continue to establish her brand: her clothing line, her entertainment group, more perfumes, etc. Build that empire bitch!
I want Bey to make an electro pop album but not a typical Dr. Luke/RedOne or those other crappy producers electro pop sound. No, some futuristic epic ****. Dark pop, haunting pop. A sound like ''Sweet Dreams''. Just very experimental.
Gaga: I want a jazz album. I want her to do so while continuing to shock and awe us.
Robyn: I want Body Talk 2.0. Or... I guess Body Talk 4 technically. Basically I want her to just keep doing her thing, being the flawless pop auteur she is. More fantastic music videos and more catchy, artsy pop.
Simon Curtis: I want him to be signed and I want him to be huge. NOW.

YASSSS!!! even some experimentation with Dubstep. she would slay my soul and i would stan so hard for her!
