I always try to spend 8 hours a day on sleeping but I can't

because the pressure of schoolwork, assignments, project, thesis, part-time job ect... so the time for sleeping reduces a lot. There was a time that I did sleep for the whole week
And I have to sleep on class for makeup
about insomnias, I haven't been experienced once but now I have the issue with my legs, I COULDN'T MOVE MY BODY AT ALL WHEN I WAKE UP AND THIS ****ED UP!
