I was the one to post this on KPF. I met Katy in July and asked her about the "planking mermaid photo" and she even used the words that it was for a "top secret photo campaign," lol.

I hope Gaga's video doesn't feature a mermaid that looks too closely to Katy's.
This guy loves slapping those lawsuits on innocent gurlz.
