actually it was the first song she recorded for her debut CD, and cheryl was well aware, then because she didn't get her way and isn't on the US XFactor they pulled a mature move and stole it from Cher and she Re Recorded it, sorry but that's sketch - and she clearly agreed to take the song from Cher. She can do what she wants i'm just saying it's not the classiest move.
