During my first year on ATRL, I was in that stage in which I wanted to talk with as many people as possible, so I could say the way I judged them was whether they were friendly or not. Certainly after a year I lost that interest, and my point of view about how I judged ATRL'ers changed as well.

I'd say... the following three, from most important to less important : post quality, musical taste, join date.

I believe he is not specifically referring to the post count, but the post quality instead. There are some ATRL'ers who have a very little amount of posts, but when they post, their posts usually end up being interesting and informative.

I will usually only judge somebody based solely on their posts. However, if they're constantly trolling, that would lead me to their join date, which usually explains how and why they're starting off that way.
