Most of those girls have tried to cross over and failed. Paulina, Thalia, and Belinda have all failed to do so. Only Gloria Estefan and Shakira have been able cross over successfully.
Pualina and Thalia had moderate success with their first english single. Belinda have not tried to break the american english market yet. She did record some english versions but they were not oficially released

Mi delirio le va muy bien a pesar de lo que paso en Viña del Mar, todas las canciones que ha lanzado han entrado al Top 10 de México, siempre tiene canciones muy buenas aunque no sean bailables como Alérgico y pues las canciones que lanzo con RBD como Sálvame y Algun Día pero siendo sincera a las únicas latinas que veo con éxito es Anahí (si lo intenta, con mejores canciones) y Shakira (que ya lo tuvo)
Let's be honest, most of the songs you posted are outdated and those irrelevant gurls are just trying to imitate the current pop divas so, no, it's not gonna happen. And that Anahi bitch is just a FAIL, her "perfomance" in that flop Festival AKA "viña del mar" was a MESS. Her voice is like a cat with headache
