Dancing both are excellent but shakira is good at improvising and cultural stuff.
Singing you REALLY can't compare the too.
Beyonce is more a diva soulful hit high notes voice.
Shakirais more a rock contralto voice.
In their own styles both voices are excellent.
Music wise Rey can't be compared either.
Beyonce is r and b soul etc.

Shakira. Shakira's moves are amazing, beyond sexy and very well done, she is so natural at everything she does. I see people saying she only dances belly dancing well that is not true, Shaki has already showed us she can dance a Pop song quite well (Give It Up To Me, She Wolf :heart.
