Free - 0$ - 10hours a month, 5 of the same song per month, and ads.
Open - I think it's 5$ - unlimited streming, no ads.
Premium - I think it's 10$ - unlimited streaming, Offline playing, no ads, Spotify available on mobile.

I most definitively have used more than 10 hours this month and I have the free version.

Yeah I am confused too because I have had it for about a week and use it for at least a few hours every day

In the U.S. Spotify Open is the free trial version which is free and unlimted streaming for 6 months. Unlimited is the $5 dollar version, and Premium is the full package.
