Ummm well my dad speaks some German. And because I am a debater I had to do a lot of International research and one of my extemporaneous topics was about Germany's economy. They have like totally missed the recession due to their diversification and economic diversity.

I'm like 75% German so I love Germany!
I really want to go at some point

World War II, Nazi, Hitler, Concentration Camps, Axis, Genocide of Jews, Berlin Wall,

Albert Einstein, Lena, Oktoberfest, Scheisse...

Basically my knowledge about Germany is more inclined about World War II and Hitler

I think that a lot of the world would be with you on that one...I mean it's kinda a significant part of it's history.

To be honest, I'm not really keen on German, maybe the history got me. I like it a bit, I love some of the cites like Dresden and Berlin. I hate the language (suprising, over half of Polish students learn German at school, thanks God I'm not in that half ), sorry.

Lots of Polish people have a family in German, lots got jobs there. The Silesian Voideoship in PL was a part of German during wars.

What comes to my mind once I heard 'German'? Hmm... Angela Merkel, Hitler, WWII, Preset Pope Benedict, Volkswagen, Heidi Klum, Berlin, Dresden, 'verpisst euch' and some more basic German vocab

For now, I cannot think of anything more but I'm sure I know a lot more

There's the stereotype about German womans, all I've always heard is they are just ugly! Never check in realm live, just seen some photos...

I'm not to keen on Germany either and I was born there... the things I like most are Oktoberfest and some of the music, other than that nothing really keeps me there. Though I've now meet several people who think it's hot when I speak German, so that's something... and I guess it's a relatively widely-spoken language so it's pretty useful.

Besides the aforementioned things I would add beer, sausages, german mustard. Germans also make the most terrible mixture of drinks - Coca Cola and beer -

I love Germany.
I know about the lederhosen and the Oktoberfesten.
And Lots.... LOTS of beer. ()
I also like the Schnitzels and Bratwursten.
