It sounds pretty legitimate! Exciting. So essentially, this girl (Venus X) is helping Shakira brainstorm new ideas for the next album. It says that every week, she sends Shakira a kind of newsletter with music suggestions. So even though we don't know what Shakira is doing right now when she's not in the public eye, it appears that creating new music is fresh on her mind. That's awesome.
Maybe this is why promotion is so minimal. They might be saving up for the promotion of the next album.
Perhaps this is the next studio album/ or the greatest hits album. Unknown but exciting.
If this is true this is the most active she's been since ever.
