Lindsay Lohan is heading back to her posh Venice pad to resume her home confinement and avoided any jail time on Thursday in a probation violation court hearing.
Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that Lohan's prior judge, Elden Fox, only required controlled substances testing from January 3rd through February 25, 2011. Judge Fox did not mandate alcohol testing as part of Lindsay's probation.
