It is. It's much too early to go for such a risky song as Scheisse, but it's in the lead.
I think Scheiße can do well with a radio edit, but I just can't understand how Interscope would let her let fans choose a single from an album with so many risky songs

I don't know. I think the repetition of the melody and the repetitive words make it seem catchy and the beat has more potential as opposed to a lot of the songs on the album that have that same hardcore 80's pop sound like Scheibe, Government Hooker, and Marry The Night. Marry The Night also reminds me too much of EOG and I think it will end up performing similarly. Heavy Metal Lover is risky but I think it's definitely repetitive and catchy enough to have radio potential. Just my opinion.
However if not Heavy Metal Lover I think Scheibe is the other best option but with a radio edit of some sort.
