Alleged Tupac Quad Studios Robber Comes Forward: Report
Quote:
Just one day before what would have been Tupac Shakur's 40th birthday, a man named Dexter Isaac has reportedly come forward to claim responsibility for robbing him at Manhattan's Quad Studios in 1994, an incident during which the West Coast rapper was also shot five times, setting off a feud between himself and the Notorious B.I.G.
According to a letter published by AllHipHop and reportedly sent by Isaac, he was paid $2,500 dollars by James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond to carry out the November 1994 robbery. "James Rosemond hired me to rob 2Pac Shakur at the Quad Studio," reads the watermarked letter. "He gave me $2,500, plus all the jewelry I took, except for one ring, which he wanted for himself. It was the biggest of the two diamond rings that we took. He said he wanted to put the stone in a new setting for his girlfriend at the time, Cynthia Ried. I still have as proof the chain that we took that night in the robbery."
The Quad Studios robbery and shooting occurred less than one year before Tupac was murdered on Sept. 7, 1996.
The letter also insinuates that Isaac possesses information related to the murders of Tupac and Notorious B.I.G. "Now I'm not going to talk about my friend Biggie's death or 2Pac's death, but I would like to give their mothers some closure," it reads. "It's about time that some one did, and I will do so at a different time."
It also goes on to mention both Rosemond and Diddy by name. "Jimmy, you and Puffy like to come off all innoncent-like, but as the saying goes: You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of them all of the time."
Isaac is currently serving a life sentence in prison for unrelated crimes, while Rosemond was to turn himself in to federal authorities on May 23 for his alleged involvement in cocaine distribution. The letter alleges that Isaac's confession was prompted by a statement issued by Rosemond on the day he turned himself in, in which Isaac and another man were labeled as "government informants."
I wonder what his point is for coming out after all these years? I want to also know if he knows who shot tupac that night and is will to tell? It will be very interesting to see how all this turns out.
It's so ****ing funny how people were claiming Pac was paranoid because he knew that it was Diddy and Notorious's fault. The man was so nice , I don't know why he even invited them in his studio first. He was nice to them, was trying to unite the West and East Cost and how these two bipolar thank him? they sent someone to rob him and he barely got killed.
I can't even say that I don't care anymore, because that'll be a ****ing life. But you know things happen for a reason and I'm sure Karma will take care of I-cheat-on-my-baby-moma-and-sleep-with-21-years-old Diddy's ass.
I can't get over the fact he'll be 40 years old today. He would be a great daddy and "Letter to my Unborn Child" wouldn't be such a hard song to listen to.

Find me a single rapper more intelligent/wiser than this man. Maybe KRS One but he's not really from this generation. When some now are signing people just to to use them and take their money, Tupac went to the streets, found orphelans and gave them a chance to became something in life, he was always saying, I'd rather have them next to me in the studio than smocking crack or dealing in the streets. That's how THUG Life was born. They became rappers and appear in most of his songs and videos.
When some rappers like to show the whole world how rich they are and act like they are gods, Pac had a big house in which he only used ONE room and the rest of the house was opened for everybody who didn't have somewhere to sleep or something to eat. People could just come out of nowhere and stay with him for some time. These people were living in his own house, sharing his food and everything. And you know what he's the one who got killed.
This thread just brought me too much sadness in me and I can't stop it.
