It's already known that she sampled it.
Even so, many artists sample other works. I think copyright laws allow up to 10%. There's hundreds of artists who do this. Think J-lo sampling Lambada or Destiny's Child sampling Stevie Nicks in "Bootylicious."
This is not specific to Lady Gaga and I wouldn't really make a big deal out of it.

I'm pretty sure, though, that the haters will jump at the chance though. See posts above.
