I try to avoid those two because both of them are either somewhat restricted or lacking in features that I've already been accustomed to and can't live without you on my Nokia N8 but I choose an iOS over a Droid since all the quality apps and games are in Apple's fence. Not to mention, Iphone has better hardware than any Android phone. The edge of Android though is it gives you more freedom to customise your phone to your liking which for a lot of people is a big deal. I'd say the iPhone is for basic use. Android is for advanced users.
