Looking back? Yes. It is extremely young, and the idea of a 13 year old having sex sounds really disgusting to me at 17, as I'm sure it does to everybody else here. But it's all about your mentality at the time, I guess. 16, 17, 18, etc. seem old to us now, but in 5-10 years, we'll look at people our age as children. When you're 13/14, you tend to think that you are older and more mature than you actually are, and so you assume you can handle something as adult as sex. I think it also depends on how fast you develop (psychologically and physically) and how you're raised.
