We imagine he was in a rush to get away from the paparazzi, but he still should have not only stopped and checked out the damage, but left a note!

But yeah.. he could've gone out and did something. The paparazzi probably would've swarmed him but still, you shouldn't do that. Even the person in the car with him could've done it.
