It's a new beginning for me. It's all positivity for me. I've been through some hard things, but I'm on the up and up. I love to sing. It's what moves me and inspires me. To be able to do that is a gift."

I don't know about you, but I could swear that paragraph is filled with more lyrics and song titles than a thousand teen girl diaries.

Damn there sure have been a lot of Xtina threads this past week

BTW, it's a good thing she scrapped that rock cd she was gonna make. That wouldve probably flopped. This rootsy heart felt cd she's going for seems better suited for her and would probably perform better than the rock album she was gonna make.

I have been thinking about all of this too!! I hope to god she takes her time, takes the time to fully rehabilitate her image, and come back with the perfect album with the perfect promo. Xtina just might be about to hit her career highlight!

Anyways, while "Bionic" was certainly a misstep, a few of the songs showed definite promise (such as "You Lost Me," one of my favorite Xtina tracks ever). She obviously has it in her, and everything she's been through recently could provide real inspiration for a great comeback album.
