It’s called “Heart on My Sleeve”, and there’s quite the controversy behind it. Apparently it was produced by Billboard for Frankmusik’s upcoming album, but when Billboard got called to produce Britney’s album, this song got pulled because the beat was somewhat re-used for “Inside Out”. I cant really notice similarities to much but ill let yous be the judge liesten to the song below.

That instrumental on chorus defenily have the inside out feeling but in general i dont think so

Doesn't every other song on the radio sound similar to each other? There obviously is something more like whoever produced the two tracks didn't get the rights, because it sounding the same can't be the full reason.
