I know Britney haters are going to see it as another excuse, but being on any sort of mind- or mood-altering medication does have real physical side effects. Particularly, this can make it difficult for the individual to concentrate (which may be why Britney has had very limited public interviews in recent years) and make them feel very sluggish (which would definitely have an impact on her physicality). I'm not saying this is the only reason. I think the change we've seen in Britney's performances has been due to a confluence of factors, which also include her knee injury, her current insistence on performing in high heels, and maybe even a lack of effort on her part.
However, compare what Britney has been doing so far this year to her promo for Circus a little over two years ago. The change is remarkable! Her on-stage presence and her dancing have undergone a huge improvement. Obviously, Britney is not where she once was (and probably never will be). But I think this is a hopeful sign that she is steadily getting better, and despite her condition, she is coming more into her own body and her own mind. There are definitely still flashes of the old star inside her; in order to bring that out, I think what she needs is simply more practice and more confidence.
I thought these medication conspiracies were ******** until a relative of mine started taking meds for bipolar disorder. Wow, those drugs REALLY change people. It may seem like a step in the wrong direction but it's much better than the alternative which is nothing at all...
What condition? If she has some mental issues its because of what his father and his handlers have been doing to her since she was 13.
Now they are drugging her? WOW.
Im am not a fan, but feel sympathy for her as a human being (Ive seen some of her interviews and she genuinely seems like a very sweet person and a caring and loving mother). Why are the real fans of her (aka. YOU!) not outraged at what they are doing to her??? You know how they drug lions and animals to perform on a Circus? Thats what they are doing to this poor girl! Exploiting her without any compassion! Do you guys EVEN CARE for her as a person?????????

She's on medication because otherwise she might still be the head-shaving, umbrella-wielding crazy person of 2007. We want her to be better, and if she she really does have such serious mental health issues, then this is the way.
