I'm more concerned with the personal conservatorship than the finance one. I want her to be able to make every day choices like go out and get a packet of gum, without her daddy having to approve the decision. The conservatorship needed to end in 2008 anyway. It's ridiculous it went on this long in the first place. How you gonna tour for a year and then not be able to drive yourself to Starbucks or McDonalds. SMH.

That's what I always thought, but according to reports Britney had no problem with the conservatorship, so they just carried on with them.

To be honest, I reckon they will take years to get rid of. The lawyers involved are raking it in from Britney, and dare I say it, so are certain family members... Why would they rush to end it...

If she was under the conservatorship and not working then she should wouldnt be able to do ANYTHING. Maybe she planned to work her way through the conservatorship then retire once it was over with.

By the looks of things the conservatorship might be over around the time she wraps up Femme Fatale. Who knows what she will do next.

It’s amazing that she’s finally willing do to something and wants to be in control again (and bringing a tutor is a great decision, she should learn more about money before doing something,) but I think the personal conservatorship is a much bigger issue, because she’s in a right place now and she has the right to be free.
