LiLo's innocence proven by surveillance video?!?
Quote:
Lindsay Lohan, who just recently was released from rehab at the beginning of the year, has not kept herself out of hot water as of late. Last month, she was ordered to court on allegations that she stole a $2,500 necklace from the Kamofie & Co. jewelery store in Venice Beach, California.
According to sources close to Lohan, the video showing Lohan walking out of the jewelry store with the necklace on has been sold by the jewelry store to Entertainment Tonight, which they are set to air this Monday evening in an exclusive.
While those who are interested in seeing the video may be excited to see Lohan allegedly steal the necklace, RadarOnline is reporting that the selling of the video has obvious negative implications on Lohan’s side in court: “This development could definitely complicate the case against Lindsay, and they have learnt that it is causing turmoil in both the prosecution and defense camps. ‘Neither side wanted it released,’ a well-placed source tells us. ‘Neither side sanctioned this sale.’”
However, according to sources close to TMZ who viewed the tape, Lohan was shown wearing the necklace throughout her 45 minute duration at the jewelry shop, even taking off the necklace she was wearing when she walked into the shop to put on the necklace in question. Before Lohan walked out of the store, she put her own necklace on, but “it no way obstructed the store’s necklace”. Before she left, Lohan — with both necklaces visible — was shown talking to the owner of the store for several minutes before walking out. This is what Lohan’s defense team is arguing in court, so even if the sold video seems damaging, it seems to match what they are defending and shouldn’t be a problem for them.

I believe Lindsay tbh. Why would she steal it when she just got out of jail? And why did the jewelry store manager didn't warn Lindsay before she left the store that she still had the necklace. That only shows that they did loan it to her. IMO.
