The CNN host told The Mirror that the 'Born This Way' singer has been approached to appear on his talkshow.
"Now that we have Lady GaGa, we don't need Madonna," he said. "She's better looking, more talented. I want to do an interview with her where she's stark naked.
"I think she's up for it. We have broached it formally with her."
He continued: "Now that would be dangerous. You'd obviously have to blank out the key areas but it would be great TV."
Meanwhile, Morgan told the paper that he believes Lily Allen will make an appearance on his show.
"We've put our little Twitter spat behind us," he said. "My other dream guest is [President] Obama and I am hopeful that will happen."
