I would have suggested Alex Da Kid (Love The Way You Lie, Airplanes, Coming Home, Castle Walls) but I guess he's kind of new to the game, despite his success, so it's kind of early to tell/judge him.

Between these three I'd probably pick Dr. Luke (RedOne recycles just a bit too much), but I picked 'other.' If you're really asking for the best pop producer ever it would definitely not be between these three.

How dare you even put Dr. Luke.

He's the worst producer in the industry. He has no originality, and has to have every song sound similar to his others.
When he creates a new type of sound with a hit song, I will applaud him. Stargate is also pretty bad, but they have a few originals.
Timbaland's all use to sound the same, but he's really branched out and I applaud him.
