It's been confirmed in an email to fan club members that Selena will be filming a video for her new single 'Who Says' in LA this Sunday. With the video shoot so soon I expect to hear the song late this month/early March but of course there is the possibility that they're filming it now because there's room in her schedule and they have no intention of releasing it for a while.

Because HR is trying to milk every last dollar out of her while doing minimal promo. So far they've released 2 singles per album, and only 1 went for adds from each one. She could be so much bigger if another label was handling her.
