During attendance of the "Never Say Never" movie premiere, Perez Hilton was harassed by a photographer, and got into a harsh argument with him. Perez posted a video on his blog stating what happened, and during the video said that after the premiere he was sent flowers from Fergie and a note saying "Dear Perez, I wanna commend you on the change you've made in your life. I've noticed you've stopped bullying. I think it shows maturity and growth, and I'm definitely one to extend positive reinforcement when its due. Have a beautiful 2011. Love, Fergie." Perez got so choked up, and realized he wasnt a 5 year old anymore, and decided he's going to transform, and not be a bully anymore. So he cried. He also thanked Justin Bieber for inspiring his life.
