I will assume that Team Galactic is the new generation of Team Rocket. I'm usually not here for new generation characters, so Team Rocket.

team rocket is so lame and repetetive now. In the begining of the series they were more serious characters, and as time went on they just became total jokes and annoying.

Team Rocket. They used to be bumbling and incompetent at the beginning, but now they've become almost too perfect.
