I agree with her. Kim is wrong for what she said but tearing her down isn't going to help anyone.

Her defense makes no sense. You shouldn't have to go to church or read a book to understand common human decency, tolerance, and acceptance. This blaming the church mess is tired. Kim is too old and so is Tamar. She shouldn't have even spoke on the matter, seeing as how her very gay fanbase could easily take this the wrong way.

She has a point especially that what Kim was saying is common place in black churches (and most churches tbf), it's just a wrong time to bring it up imo.

But she didn't lie, besides just condemning that heifer, the church as a whole (and the stockholm syndrome gays that subject themselves to it) should be held accountable too and they NEED to do better

That woman is over 40. At this stage in life, such ignorance and intolerance is willful, especially given the state of social affairs over the past years and the hurdles the LBGT community has surpassed to get the rights they are getting today. Unless she has been living in a cave for all 40+ years of her life, the education required to change such bigotry will do no good. She has worked with gay people her entire career and they are responsible for her career, or lack thereof. She's not a child.

Instead of blaming the church, people need to own up to their own intolerances and negativity. She's too old to hold such foolish ideas and blaming God won't change that.
