Um no, both of my parents wouldn't want me to do that because they legit raised me to always put my career first and to not let anyone hold them back, even if that was them. Even if that wasn't the case, I still wouldn't do it for my father.

Persistent vegetative state means they're brain dead and their bodies would not be able to survive outside of a medical facility. That would obviously be beyond my capabilities, but I'm sure my parents wouldn't want me and my sister wasting the financial resources keeping their bodies functioning indefinitely with no hope of recovery.

If they were paralyzed, yes. I would do whatever is necessary.
