I usually buy this or a variant because a couple years ago I randomly got canker sores in my mouth/gums. At one point I had THREE sores in my mouth and discovered it was due to sodium lauryl sulfate.
After cutting that out, I never got a canker sore ever again.



But today I bought this at Kroger because it was buy one get one free and is SLS-free.
