Carly stalks Instagram profiles to pacify

Quote:
Ever wondered what's on your favorite celebrity's phone (ya know, in a non-weird way)? MarieClaire.com teamed up with Carly Rae Jepsen to unlock some cellular secrets, and got details on the singer's photos, notes, and even her lock screen pic. Let's collectively swipe right, shall we?
Look at your camera roll—what was the last random thing you screen-grabbed?
"It's a picture I thought could be a cool album cover!"
What's the oldest photo on your phone?
"We're going way deep here, oh god. The oldest is a picture of Stockholm. There you have it!"
The newest?
"The newest is a picture I took of the kids from the Y, here in JCPenney, all decked out with their holiday shopping bags."
The last song you played on Spotify?
"This should be a dating site—like, how to tell if someone is compatible with you. Okay, it's a song by Laura Mvula called 'Show Me Love.'"
What about your most *played* song? "It's a song by Andy Shauf—he's a Canadian as well—called 'The Magician.'"
What was the last photo you liked on Instagram?
"Hold please, because I want to be very truthful. It was by @MissGoldUSA, AKA Lizzy. She's a rad singer. I pretty much like everything she puts up."
What do you have filed away in notes?
"My notes are all song lyrics, way too many. And then weird ideas that make no sense to me later on."
What's your phone's lock screen photo?
"It's a picture of my sister and me on an L.A. hike!"
Open your alarm clock app: how many alarms are saved in there right now?
"Wanna count that? [edit note: Carly Rae was holding up her phone at this point] Too many to count. We'll be here all day. It's endless."
How many unread messages are in your little red bubble email counter right now?
"504."
And finally, what's your weirdest phone habit?
"Sometimes I'll go on Instagram almost like it's a pacifier, and I'll just scroll through people's stories, and there'll be, like, a cute dog. And then I'll go look at the cute dog, and then the dog will have a cute baby, and then all of a sudden it's a rabbit hole, and I'm just looking at someone else's life that I have nothing to do with."
