Probably, but 2017 will begin with a Trump presidency, a Lady GaGa superbowl performance, and old celebrities will become even older. It already sounds just as bad and will likely be worse.

Some of these being on the lists while there were heartbreaking deaths and catastrophes all around the world.

My list is inclusive of entertainment related game changing events, and ATRL is a pop forum. Camila leaving 5H and Zayn leaving 1D were definitely moments that defined 2016. The list wasn't ranked by importance or severity, just what came to my mind first.

Rolling Stone had already labeled 2016 as "The Year Music Died," following the passing of Bowie, Prince, and 21 other music artists. George Michael adds a 24th name to the list for 2016.

Should add mass fires caused by terrorists in Israel. US, Turkey and France had to send support to stop those fires

2016 has been a precursor for bad things to come; there's definitely been worse years, but things are going to get worse from now, it seems
