I think she definitely is, looking at how many hits she has within 3 years.
Do you think Ariana is, or Miley, Selena, and/or Demi topple her?

When there's another name attached for sure.
She's probably released more singles than all of them (separately that is) in 3 years than Miley has in her decade long career + Selena and Demi in however long their career is. She's literally released how many albums since Miley released Bangerz???

Selena had 7 hit singles in the past 3 years, despite releasing way less singles than Ariana. + Ariana had massive flop singles like Baby I and Right There. Selena never had one since 09. Even her biggest flop singles Hit The Lights and Kill Em With Kindness still sold 1M+ WW and were big streaming hits.
Not to mention Selena already had big hits back in 09, for example "Naturally".

KEWK was a massive flop when it followed 3 pop radio #1's, and then failing to go Top 20, or even 30 
And it's not even near 1M pure sales WW, as you can see below.

Demi and Selena have never had hits as big as Ariana so they aren't even really in the equation
Miley did well with WCS through to WB but that's about it really

Pretty much this. Selena is getting bigger every era and she still gets consecutive hits meanwhile Ariana had a massive era and now it's already going down with DW.

Ariana won't disappear like Kesha + Ariana hasn't peaked commercially, unless you mean sales wise? Then most of the industry has peaked as well. Ariana is one of the most prominent streamers in the industry today and currently has a song in the top 5.

It doesn't make sense to compare Demi and Selena to Ariana in terms of singles. They don't get the commercial success that Ariana claims in that area. She is more consistent than Mikey, but she also outnumbers her in numbers of singles submitted.

Obviously. None of her last 9 singles peaked lower than #13. Even Focus, deemed a flop, has over 600 million YouTube views.

Except they didn't actually sell 1 million WW, at least not in pure sales. They were flops. Hit The Lights especially, given its tragic chart positions and lack thereof. At least Baby I was a big top 10 hit in Japan. Since the Yours Truly era ended Ariana has never had a true flop single.
