Keep the name Fifth Harmony and go on as a four-piece. Changing the name would be awkward and adding a new member would feel unnecessary. It's not like this is the only time where a band's name has a number in it that doesn't match the number of members in it. 5 Seconds of Summer has four members; Twenty One Pilots has 2 people
As a side note, they should release a new song as soon as they possibly can. It'll easily be their biggest debut yet because of all the publicity they're going to get from this.
