Right now. It's 5 am and I can't sleep. I have to get up at 10 pm so I am going to stay up all night because If I fall asleep now, I won't wake up on time.
Here are the reasons why:
- In between falling asleep and being awake, I have a weird feeling in my heart.
- I have a recurring dream that really scares me.
In the dream, it feels like I am awake but can't wake up or move. So I always imagine scary things so I can wake up. It's really strange.
Have you guys any tips how to get rid of this mess?
