Fresno officers who shot and killed unarmed white 19-year-old Dylan Noble will NOT face criminal charges


District Attorney said Friday the shooting 'did not involve any criminal conduct'
Dylan Noble died in Fresno on June 25 after being shot four times by police
Bodycam footage shows how the officers pleaded with him to show his hands and warned him that he would get shot again
Police chief said last week that the first three shots were justified but could have used different techniques instead of firing the fourth shot

The cops were not at fault at all here. The man was clearly instructed to raise his hands and not come closer yet he approached them with one hand behind the back fumbling with his back pocket. The shots while he was already on the ground were very poorly handled though.

Obviously I would've wished the thing would've get solved differently and there were so many ways to do it like a leg shot or immediately moving in after 2 shots but I think it's also important to consider that cops do a very dangerous jobs. I mean how would you approach someone if you hear about your colleagues being gunned down? If you know you could be shot at any given occasion? If you know you have a family at home? I personally would be scared as well.
Point is if the police asks you to keep your hands up you comply. For your own good.

Very true, As long as cops in America will have to assume that every single person they face is carrying a gun America won't get over its issues with police brutality and shooting.
It's no coincidence in my eyes that America is the only Western country with these type of gun laws and has disproportionally large cases of police shooting.

Upon shooting twice after him repeatedly ignoring them, the officer even says 'please' before a third shot is fired. I don't see the issue here, unlike the majority of cases.
