Well no, but West Hollywood is literally the worse place on the planet for paparazzi and for privacy. No one is going to change that. He's one of the biggest superstars on the planet. If he wants to shop there, then, expect to be chased, harassed and not left alone by the paps and any fans. Its a shame it is that way - but it always will be.
It isn't as though he's trying to be discrete in what he wears. He normally always has a big entourage. Of course its going to attract attention.
