I feel like my fiance perfectly fits my type without me even realizing it in the beginning. He's funny, outgoing, sweet but not fake about it, intense, blunt, and highly intelligent. When we first started dating, we had very few common interests, which I thought would kill any chance of a meaningful relationship. But over time, we developed common interests and he genuinely likes a majority of the same music/television/movies I do and vice versa. He is very attractive, but isn't cocky or overly confident about it.
So, I guess:
- Intelligent/educated, but not an asshole about it
- Ambitious
- 2-6 years older than me
- Good sense of humor
- Keeps me on my toes
- A few common interests, but many differences (I like a challenge)
Although they have good body and cute face, a guy with no brain is a huge turn off
