9 of the top 10 poorest states and state with the most dependence on federal aids are red state where in most cast 90%+ of the population is white, with the fewest ( aside 1 or 2 state mention) minorities and fewest imigrants. 9 of the 10 wealthiest state are hardcore liberal states. So ironic isn't it?
