How much do you drink a day?
On average, what amount of water/coffee/tea/soda... do you drink a day?
I drink 1.5 liters : 3 teas and 2 herbal teas. (+ some daily tea on ATRL
)

I drink a lot of water and sometimes I'm still dehydrated. It's a pain in the ass lol maybe there's something wrong with me

Before my diet: Legit an unlimited amount of soda and juice
During my diet: Around 80 ounces of water

0 glasses of water. I hate water.
I'll do maybe a can of soda and some juice all day.
The only water I'll drink is black cherry propel.

I take random drinks from this gallon of water I have throughout the day + around 4 red bulls

You can try to infuse some herbal tea in water, or add some lemon juice to plain water

Water doesn't taste of anything, how can you hate it?

I drink a **** ton of water,
I don't keep a tally of how much tho
if I'm feeling a bit festive (or stressed/depressed/lonely/etc.),
I'll have an alcoholic drink
like right now
