Woman to plead guilty to triple murder after 'she caught her husband in a threesome with a naked couple and killed them before trying to dispose of their bodies'
- Crystal Leah Gambino, 42, is expected to plead guilty to three counts of first-degree murder in North Carolina
- She was arrested in March for the murder of her husband, Giovanni Gambino, and another couple after a shooting inside the couple's Alexis home
- Gambino and the couple, Stephanie Sanchez and Geoffrey Gilliland, were reportedly having a threesome together when Gambino walked in
- A 911 call from a family member said Gambino admitted to fatally shooting all three and that she had 'taken care of the bodies'
- The caller said Gambino took the female victim, Stephanie Sanchez, to a burn pile in the yard using a wheelbarrow

A North Carolina woman charged with a triple homicide is expected to plead guilty Monday to killing her husband and two other people.
Crystal L. Gambino, 42 of Alexis, has been in jail without bail since the February 29 crime.
She's accused of fatally shooting her husband Giovanni J. Gambino, 40, after finding him in their bed in a threesome with the other two victims: Stephanie L. Sanchez, 33, and Geoffrey G. Gilliland, 39.
Gambino is expected to plead guilty under a plead deal with Gaston County District Attorney Locke Bell, the Charlotte Observer reported.

Gambino, a singer-songwriter, was arrested short time later one town over from the crime scene.
A 911 call to authorities suggested that Gambino had killed her husband and the couple after catching all three in bed together at her house.
Upon arrival at the home, police found the three bodies.
Local media said all three bodies were in the bedroom and were naked.

Gambino was arrested in Stanley, the next town over.
She has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder in connection with the shooting deaths.
Police listed the address for Geoffrey Glenn Gilliland and Stephanie Lynn Sanchez as a $55-a-night hotel in Charlotte.
They have not clarified how the couple met Giovanni Gambino.
'What we are trying to resolve now or find out is how these three people came together, how they knew each other, and that is being done through phone records and computers,' Capt. Curtis Rosselle told WBTV.
'This is something we are going to take our time with. I would say weeks.'

One neighbor, who asked not to be named, told WBTV that Crystal Gambino had a tendency to be violent.
The woman said she stopped talking to her a year ago after Gambino pulled a gun on her during a disagreement.
'I really didn't think she was going to shoot me,' the neighbor told the TV station.
'I just thought the best thing I needed to do was leave her alone.'
