I have! TWICE, 2 different hoes in 2 different scenarios.

First One: I told my supervisor I had a dentist appointment and that I'd be stepping out for 2.5 hours. She was cool with it, but tell why I'm sitting on the dentist chair and my phone is getting blown the **** up. I look and my job's # pops up on the caller ID. I look at it and think it must be a mistake. It stops ringing, and seconds later they're calling again. I was like WTF, this woman is trying to do my cleaning, I have all this equipment in my mouth, a damn drill near my face, what the heck!! Long story short, I made her stop so I could answer.

Me: (Sassy AF) HELLO?!
Job: Where are you?!
Me: I'm a dentist appointment, who am I speaking with?
Job: It's ________ from your job. Why didn't you tell me you were leaving?

Me: What I REALLY wanted to say was "bitch you're NOT my boss so why TF do you care?" But what I said was: "I'm at an appointment, Dr. ____ knows, so I really don't have to explain myself to you. *click*

Like, seriously. Just cuz you're far up my bosses ass doesn't mean you have the same authority.

I used to insult my coworkers all the time. They were all Evangelicals (small business where everyone was hired from knowing the owner... except me). I used to fight with them and make fun of them and they thought I was joking/"funny".

Yes. We're both managers but I've been doing it much longer so have more experience. He was being petty and trying to tell me how to do something a certain way, so I told him to make himself useful and clean the toilet.

Our shifts have been awkward since.

edit: Not really a direct argument but, back during Brighton Pride the regional manager said he was going to be visiting stores in the Brighton area for visits. I joked to my colleague that he's going there to pick up rent boys and join in the parade

Well my manager overheard, thought it was funny and then told her boss, who told his boss and now the regional manager thinks there's a rumour going around he sleeps with rent boys in Brighton.

LMFAO I screamed at the "rent boys" convo.

Can't recall ever really being in conflict with a co-worker.

I have had strong disagreements w/ my boss in the past.

We have very different way of doing things, so mostly when my co-workers disagree with how I'm doing things, I ignore and judge them, as my way of doing things is fast and efficient unlike their slow asses.
