Sex natural, sex is normal, there's no need to be ashamed about it.

Diseases. Also people cheating gives promiscuity a bad name.

probably because of the infections and diseases spread because of careless promiscuity. and it's really only frowned upon with women and gays sadly.

A lot of people I know that are really promiscuous are really unhappy/have problems underneath it all.
Not saying promiscuity is a bad thing but usually it's an escape or distraction of something bigger.

this is so not true A lot of self-indulgent behaviour like binge drinking and over eating is frowned upon too. humans might be sexual by nature but having sex with many different people all the time can be/is dangerous...common sense =/= jealousy

Umm.. "can be" being the operative words. If done correctly, it's essentially fine.

There are small risks, sure, but driving or travelling in a car can also be incredibly dangerous/risky... tens of thousands die every year, does that mean it's common sense to limit yourself to only using it a few times a year?

i frown on promiscuous people...and would never date a person like that...that's just my opinion.

Jealousy is an ugly look, which is probably why **** shamers can't get anyone to sleep with them.

I think it depends on their level of "promiscuity" and how open they are about it. Are we talking 1-2 different hookups a week or a month? Are they having full on sex or just the in between stuff? Are they using protection?

I, personally, don't care how promiscuous a friend/acquaintance/stranger is. But I think society has a problem with openness, especially when the person is LGBT or a female. It's socially acceptable for straight men to be as promiscuous as they'd like.

Well, I know you often post to troll or you are really not that bright, but just because somebody has many sex partners, it doesn't make them any less healthy than ppl who don't, especially mentally.

If you are serious, then your intelligence has clearly suffered due to lack of sex partners.
