According to Gamenguide, even though "Sense8" Season 2 is expected to air next year, reports have it that the show will air a Holiday Special this December. The said special will also introduce a new character named "The Assistant", who is to be part of Whisper's ally, placing "Season8" Season 2 characters in jeopardy.
It can be remembered that Netflix just recently confirmed that "Sense8" will have its "Season 8" Season 2 most probably July next year.
