Even though it's not physically addictive, like any other substance, weed can become a crutch. I was pretty dependent on weed up until a few months ago. I had to stop though because it was actually starting to make me depressed.

This a good 50% of my friends are like this... My roommate is too. My roommate is trash though
I got in a fight with my friend because I didn't want to take her to the clinic and she threw a fit screaming that if she didn't get it, she would start throwing up in my car

Every time I'm with my best friends, they have to smoke at least one time throughout the day. Personally, I don't find weed entertaining, so it's gotten irritating after a while. High people are so annoying when ur sober
I've smoked a few times but I don't really feel a need to do it. Cigarettees are a whole another story though. They are far more addictive and they are far more harmful too.

The fact you could be describing coffee/caffeine if the "smoke" parts were omitted
You can't get addicted to Weed, it doesnt work like that.
You cannot get addicted to it in a way that your body will crave to feel it (unlike tobacco/nicotine), but you can get addicted to the sensation it gives you, just like you can be an alcoholic.

And yes, I have this one neighbor that spends all of his money on weed and smokes everyday. I actually saw him smoking earlier today cause he does not even gives a **** if us (neighbors) or even his family notice he is smoking. And that is sad, though.
If you are going to try it, do it with maturity. Think as a grown up person and know that weed is something to do it any other day or week, ocasionally, but not everyday because it will start to **** your life.
I just hate the word ‘addict’ though.. i smoke weed everyday.. i do think that it can be mentally addicting somewhat.. but i see it as something that gets me through life and makes me feel better somedays without being harmful. Idk it just feels like something to indulge in.. half of my coworkers and friends are stoners.. i have all the connects.. its like why not smoke weed?.. if i wake up and know im going to have a long day of work and school, the first thing i think about is how i cant wait to get home later and smoke.. like i know i wouldnt be able to go a week without it because the second that im home and bored.. i wanna smoke. The only times where i dont care to smoke are when im travelling and just really excited and not doing my everyday routine
