Have you seen this guys routines lately? He's utterly clueless on what great dancing looks like.
Beyoncé is a talented dancer though.

I absolutely LOVE that every aspect of her Talent (Dancing,Singing, Performing, Album making, Songwritting,...) is praised to high heavens
