"Blow Your Mind (Mwah)" is done in the UK, so it makes sense that "Be the One" would be re-released there. I mean, it was never properly pushed after it exploded in Europe and Warner opted to go with "Last Dance" and "Hotter Than Hell" instead.
Obviously, Europe (aside the UK and Ireland) and Oceania will get a new track to launch her self-titled album and it depends which one will be promoted in the US after "Blow Your Mind (Mwah)".
