Yes the meat is crap, the sauces are unhealthy, bread is not really good for you.

Our lettuce is gross. I don't like Tomatoes but they always look bross. Cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers and onions are all cut fresh, the rest come in bags n

That'd be up to preference, but I would usually go to McDonalds or BK if I had the choice, simply because of their wider selection of items. I'm not really big on customization, but if you are, Subway has that over the other 2.
