In the 2000's every genre had their space comercially inlcusing pop/rock, rock, will we ever see those type of songs haveing success again?

It's gonna take an unknown to break out into Gaga/Britney/Bieber level status that has a pop/rock sound to ever make it popular again. It was by far my favorite sub genre of pop music growing up but it seems like Generation Z considers everything rock-related "uncool" and for "dads". I mean, if Closer and Black Beatles is what you consider good music, that's great, you're entitled to your opinion, but we can't be friends.

I need Demi, P!nk and Kelly to revive their pop rock days and bring the genre back because I do believe those 3 are the best pop-rock voices on mainstream radio over the last 10 years.
