The link in the OP is broken, by the way But I was able to find a link on the right sidebar.

I'm also a bit confused about this, so do I vote the 20x song in the poll and say the 15x songs in here? What's the limit of songs we can vote for, or is there none? Also will there be a text version of #30-1 because I might be too lazy to watch a video every week

First, I have changed the link so I think that could work.
Second, there is no limit of songs you can vote for.
Third, the blog is another way of voting (like voting here in a comment), the difference is that in the blog you can't say which song you give a x20 (that means every song you vote in the blog will receive a x15). So if you vote in the blog you don't have to say here (in a comment) which one receives a x20 and which others receive a x15.
If you vote in a comment here you can say which song you give x20 and which others x15.
So, there are different ways of voting.
